We are currently searching for a Cell Phone Support Specialist to join our Columbus team. The position will be based out of the client’s downtown locations (34 S. Third st/ 62 E. Broad St.) with the expectation of traveling within city limits to support approximately 1,300 end-users.
Excellent customer service skills are a must as there will be frequent face to face contact with our client’s user base. Successful candidates will have a passion for technology and the ability to learn on their feet in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatch Printing Company is expecting a professional who can maintain an accurate list of current end-users and be able to provide additional cellular / wireless policy recommendations based on industry standards and best practices.
The main duties of the job include:
1. Procurement
§ New orders, moves, adds, changes, and deletes.
§ Change of liability.
§ Number porting.
§ Replacement devices.
§ Plan changes, feature upgrades, device upgrades.
2. Configuration Support
§ Charging, activating, imaging, configuring device and synching email accounts as necessary, for example.
3. BES Support
§ Continually support all users
§ Develop relationship with BES support provider to resolve issues.
4. Training Services
§ Train end users on cell phone services and applications, usage.
5. Expense Management
· This position will be expected to perform consolidation / allocation / reconciliation procedures.
Consolidation
§ Sarcom to consolidate all user wireless expense to the Dispatch Corporate Contract (Verizon Wireless, Sprint/Nextel, AT&T, T-Mobile, and any future carriers that The Dispatch may contract with.)
· Pooling of minutes
· Feature packages
· Tiered discounts
· Adherence to wireless policies.
§ Sarcom will provide a list of suggestions for changes to reduce spend.
§ Dispatch to approve all wireless changes.
§ Sarcom to implement all changes.
Allocation
§ Dispatch to provide a cost center database report on a monthly basis in which Sarcom will merge with billing analysis for end user cost allocation.
§ Sarcom to provide a monthly report within the billing analysis to allocate charges per user to appropriate cost center accounts.
Reconciliation
§ Sarcom will receive and reconcile the carrier invoices monthly.
· Validate that appropriate changes were made.
· Validate that expected credits were applied.
· Manage on-going disputed credits and carrier issues.
§ Upon receipt of the invoice Sarcom will forward a copy of the remittance page to the Dispatch for immediate payment.
§ Sarcom will deliver results of monthly reconciliation within 7 business days of receipt of all necessary carrier invoices.
6. Reporting
§ Provide reports to management.
