We're looking for Orlando's best customer service professionals to provide Tier 1 Tech Support to Apple's customers. We will be supporting the iPod here in Orlando. Requirements: We're looking for candidates who have the flexibility to work day or night shift, including one weekend day and holidays. Candidates must be personable, patient and eager to learn and help.
