Call Center Site ManagerDescription: The Site Manager is a key player in leading a team of Supervisors and Leads to metric deliverables. The successful candidate will drive winning results by motivating and inspiring the team to outstanding customer service and issue resolution. The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service, delivery challenges and new opportunities! The position requires strategic and tactical execution of new and existing service programs to achieve sustainable results. Role and Responsibilities:Ability to lead and unite the team, providing the best support for the customers. Promotes fearless feedback-up, down, and sideways-to create the most knowledgeable and customer-oriented team. Ensures goals are met or exceeded by each member of the team. Establishes, analyzes and effectively utilizes processes, data, reports, and programs to maximize program and agent results.Handles and resolves team escalation issues. Exercises multi-tasking skills when volume exceeds expectations. Proactively utilize strong problem solving skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions. Requirements: Demonstrated prior experience in achieving and surpassing team goals in a contact center, preferably in a fast paced e-commerce environment. 5-10 years of demonstrated management experience in a high volume help desk environment. Proven ability to lead and develop a team of customer facing representatives. Demonstrated experience and success in a customer focused competitive environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate in a fluid customer driven environment. College Degree Preferred.Skills Desired:Customer focused, detail oriented individual.
