Job Description :
Responsible for the Development of exisiting web applications. Update and add content to existing web site. Develop programming and assess testing. Develop the implementation of the web information.

STP Program (Straight Thru Processing) Designer – eApp Roles

The STP Program Designer for the eApp Project will be involved in leading technical design and appropriate solutions.
• Act as a resource point for technical items for the eApp Project Team
• Provide leadership and drive technical items
• Work with the STP design team to ensure design standardization for the program, ensure the various STP tracks integrate well, as well as common solutions where possible
• Participate in defining/documenting business specifications and plans (including development of new workflows, and support of existing established workflows already in production)
• Help drive the design process defining/documenting technical specifications and plans.
• Participate in system, integration, performance testing, and disaster recovery testing
• Assist with Coding and Unit Testing for the project deliverables
• Answer client questions and train/mentor on use of applications

Skills:
• Experience and/or proficiency with Java, XML, FileNet (P8 and Image Services), DB2, WebSphere, WebMethods, Web Services, SQL Server 2005, J2EE, Struts
• Familiarity with Application Development Life-Cycle Methodologies, including system analysis, estimation and testing experience
• Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately to achieve resolution
• Ability to drive team members to generate options that meet the business requirements within the schedule and budget of the project
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills at all levels of technical and business customer areas
• Excellent structured programming and debugging skills
• Strong root cause and problem resolution skills
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Desirable:
• BS or BA degree and minimum 3 years experience in a design role.
