Business Analyst (4-6 years experience)

We are currently seeking a contract Business Analyst for our Fortune 500 Information technology client located in the Austin, TX market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis and definition of business needs and assists in developing appropriate solutions as well as the implications of the solutions.  Tasks include but are not limited to ·  Works with business users to define and analyze problems·  Maintains and manages systems key to the Function that is supported·  Performs systems user support·  May design and implement new Functional systems·  Considers the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment·  Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results·  Acts as subject-matter expert on business processes and serves as business representative to business users. Requirements for Consideration·  4 – 6 year experience as a Business Analyst ·  Ability to conduct Problem Resolution ·  Excellent Written Communications skills·  Excellent Oral Communication skills ·  Ability to conduct Workflow Analysis·  Ability to conduct Data Analysis  Please send a copy of your resume to EricSpence@spherion.com or apply directly through Monster.
