Job Requirements:
• Manage 2-3 billing coordinators/analysts
• Systems POC lead for invoicing system enhancements
• Own data integrity of invoices
• Review audit reports and sign off
• Review customer master set-up
• Respond to billing questions from customers, partners and internal personnel
• Quote to Cash process improvement owner for Billing Team including credit memos.


Education and Work Experience:
• The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills and have a billing or credit/collections background.
• Experience with service/support contracts billing preferred
• Must be able to successfully multi-task and have flexibility for priority changes.
• Technology experience preferred, both software and hardware experience strongly preferred.
• Oracle and Excel proficiency highly recommended.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience required; including a successful track record working sales and sales operations
• College degree required
