An overall understanding of quality client service, a proven track record of working in multifunctional teams and across multiple geographies, strong business acumen and the instinct to think and act globally are essential for advancement within Deloitte Services LP.   The Administrative Asset Management Analyst is responsible for providing office level asset management support for the Technology Support Services (TSS) organization. They report to Technology Services Manager in the local office. This person will assign technology consumables to users, monitor consumable inventory levels and report discrepancies to Regional Asset Manager (RAM)/Budget Analyst. Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision and with a variety of personalities are strongly desired. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to:   ·Maintain overall control and accuracy of the Leased Asset Management System (LAM) in the McLean office; proactively verifying the accuracy of all asset tracking entries. ·Verify the receipt of assets and maintain copies of the applicable packing slips for assets being tracked from the McLean offce. ·Coordinate with Regional Asset Mananger as required on the final decisions and shipment of all lease end assets for the Southeast Region. ·Coordinate transfers of laptops between regions. ·As need, assist the RAM by conducting unannounced audits of local office asset management processes and inventory. ·Assist the RAM by processing stolen/lost computers (i.e., updatingthe LAM, submitting Lost Laptop forms and managing resulting Privacy Investigations, etc.) ·Provide the Site Manager and RAM detailed reports as required (i.e., spares, forecasts, lost/stolen, etc.). ·Working with the RAM, oversee all procurement including leased laptops, capital assets, software and accessories, etc. ·The candidate must demonstrate the necessary skills to coordinate technical staff, manage complex projects, effectively communicate and present to various levels of management. ·Make sure that LAM (Leased Asset Management) is immediately updated with every laptop movement - make comments/notes accordingly in asset record. ·File all signed Laptop forms on a daily basis ·Issue laptops to be setup for new hires · Ensure that all laptops returned to IT get the hard drive wiped ·Send laptops out twice a week for repairs ·Keep track of laptops going to out for repair and also when they are returned ·Conduct monthly sweeps to check for unsecured laptops on user's desks and report these to the RAM (Regional Asset Manager)   - Candidate will posses outstanding customer service and communication skills.    - Must have the ability to work well within a team environment. - Organizational skills must be outstanding. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. - Ideal candidate will have an interest in Technology Support, but this is not required.  - Occasional Travel will be necessary.     - Must be able to lift and carry up to 30-50 pounds (i.e. moving technical equipment to cart and taking to mail room for shipping). - Associate degree preferred, but not required.
