Volt is seeking an experienced A/P Accountant for this contract role. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, time stamping and processing daily accounts payable, expense related mail. Audit and process Oracle expense reports. Ensure employees are following corporate travel policy guidelines. Verify invoice approvals and prepare daily batches for input into Oracle Accounts Payable system. Assist in resolving all expense report related issues. Handle internal customer calls and emails and provide timely and accurate response to all Expense Report related inquiries. Maintain good relationship with all internal vendors. Collect Employee Direct Deposit information for banking set up. Assist in month end, quarter end and year end close processes as necessary. Assist Accounts Payable Lead on special A/P projects as necessary.
