Account Manager- Raleigh, NC

The Account Manager III will sell Data, Voice, and Security Management Services Solutions to Fortune 5000 accounts. This position will report to the Market Director. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sell Calence Product and Management Services to new and existing customers. Must have proven track record of territory development. • The position requires a deep understanding of the IT management services industry, outsourcing and network technologies. • Responsible for effectively working with and training the Calence direct account team in selling Data, Voice, and Security Management services solutions to our clients. • Serves as the management services expert and sales overlay for the Calence Management Services business unit. • The Account Manager will have a quota to achieve and receive a portion of their total compensation via commissions. • The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with Cisco voice, data, and security technologies along with a proven track record in technical solution sales



INFORMATION ON QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor or Masters Degree • A minimum of 4 years sales related experience. • Substantial experience selling management services and/or outsourcing services and projects • Substantial knowledge in network and systems technologies. • A strong background in Cisco voice, data, and security technologies. • Must have a solid understanding of network management solutions with direct sales or previous sales support experience of management services.
