Account Executive - Genesis Technologies

Genesis Technologies (an HP Partner) is a premier provider of Managed Print Services.   We create customizable solutions designed for medium to large size organizations which help them reduce their overall print, copy and fax spend.  

 

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with prior experience prospecting, setting appointments, going on appointments and delivering proposals.  

 

In this position, you will be given a territory and a list of qualified accounts.  From there, you will be responsible for generating new appointments to create opportunities to close sales.   You will have a management team behind you ready to help you succeed. 

 

Job Purpose:

Generate revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.

Duties:

* Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.

* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.

* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.

* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.

* Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
