Position Summary:


Ideally, you are a customer-focused individual with proven experience with interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to execute under pressure in fluid environments. In this position, you will cultivate key account relationships and be required to be readily available and able to internally champion our customers’ requirements throughout all of Acer. From managing customer satisfaction to credit/collection duties and database management, you’ll have a hand in every aspect of Acer's sales.


Responsibilities:


·  Manage customer forecast vs. supply and set customer expectations

·  Obtain Purchase Orders (POs) for product in support of forecast

·  Process customer claims for reimbursement and serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries.

    ·  Work with many different internal Acer departments which include: Credit/Collections, Product Management, Traffic, RMA/DOA, Legal, and Warehouse.


Requirements:

This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles which includes the knowledge of MDF and rebate programs with an extremely energetic personality.


·  3-5 years of experience managing industry leading resellers in the U.S.consumer electronics marketplace.

·  A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
