CITY/STATE: Frederick, MDPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: IT/Software DevelopmentEDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's Degree ASP.NET Developer      The Frederick Ultimate Staffing Team is seeking an ASP.NET Developer for a contract to hire opportunity.    Job Description The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, responsible self-starter who is able to work under general supervision.  As a Software Developer, the individual will need to effectively collaborate with the team lead and customer to develop core software and Web based systems in accordance with project goals and requirements.  Experience in developing compliant web applications using ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and relational databases is a requirement. Work environment is fast paced, dynamic, and results driven.  Opportunities to utilize new technologies (ASP.NET 3.5, WSE, AJAX, etc) are commonplace among our projects. Required Experience 3-5 years designing & developing applications using Microsoft Web Technologies (ASP.NET / ASP / COM) 2+ years developing applications in ASP.NET (VB.NET preferred) 3+ years working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle Experience a plus) Experience in designing standards based web applications (CSS / XHTML / Accessibility Compliance) Strong written & oral communication skills Experience with participating in proposal writing and technical documentation stages of projects At Ultimate® Staffing, we are dedicated to making life better for the people we serve.
