ASIC Verification Engineer (3215)
DescriptionQLogic, a leading supplier of high performance storage networking solutions, has an immediate need for an ASIC Verification Engineer in our Aliso Viejo location. In this position you will architect and design testbenches and develop and execute verification plans in simulation and in the lab.Required SkillsREQUIRED SKILLS:BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline and 4 or more years of related experience.Experience developing and using system/block level complex testbenches as well as writing verification plans and requirements. Experience implementing directed and random testcases. Experience with Verilog and System Verilog. Excellent written & verbal communications skills.DESIRED SKILLS: BSEE degree and 2 yrs related experience required. MSEE degree related experience preferred. Experience with PCI Express/Networking Object Oriented programming experience.Perl/shell scripting experienceStorage and Ethernet Industry experience preferred.
