AS400 / PC TECH SUPPORT

ABC Supply Company, winner of Gallup's 2007 and 2008 Great Workplace Award, is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our POS Help Desk Team.Based at ABC's National Support Center in Beloit, WI, this entry-level position will work independently and as part of a support team that provides technical support for over 400 locations across the country.  This individual will be dealing with various computer related problems, which include IBM AS/400's, Cisco Routers, Thin Clients, Windows XP, Microsoft Office, PC Hardware, various printers, as well as troubleshooting our Wide Area Network. 

Qualified candidates should have strong multi-tasking skills, written and oral (phone) communication skills, problem solving ability, and the capability to work independently and part of a team.  Applicants must have technical/helpdesk skills to resolve various computer problems and have the ability of assisting others with such problems.
