Minimum of 2 years of experience as Technician

- Excellent diagnostics repair and trouble shooting skills

- Two years of proven experience repairing Computer Systems 

- One to two years of customer interface experience required

- Satisfactory verbal and written skills

- Experience in diagnostics & repair of Apple computers

 

 

We are looking for a professional Apple TECHNICIAN with excellent trouble shooting and problem reporting and resolution skills, who are adept at handling customer issues and able to positively represent the Company to our customer base. The successful candidates will be highly organized, goal oriented, self disciplined and strive to achieve customer satisfaction by providing prompt in-house, on-site service, as well as timely workbench analysis and repairs. The applicant must have background in Apple Hardware & operating systems.
