A+ Certified Project Installer

Project Installer(Temporary) Profile Ideal candidates will live in the Pittsburgh area to have easy access to the client sites located in surrounding geographies. However, ability and willingness to travel outside these geographies is necessary as projects dictate. Actions & Results This position entails the installation of laptops and printers for a local roll-out for one of our clients. Under the direction of a Project Manager, you will be required to perform installations and confirm daily site completion via timely and accurate systemic call updates, electronic data transfers, and other data management in accordance with a predetermined schedule, documented processes and Statement Of Work requirements. Written instructions will be provided by the client to see installations to completion. Additionally, you will be required to box old equipment for shipment and complete required paperwork. Minimum Qualifications A+ Certification A minimum of 1 year experiencing performing similar tasks Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Availability to travel as project dictates Availability to work a flexible schedule Availability to travel out of state for training Additional Skills Solid customer service skills, a professional demeanor, PC literate (email, MS Word, Excel), excellent written/oral communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to be self motivated. 1-3 years experience in field service and/or project environment. (previous desktop, server, router installation skills) A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, a willingness to travel as project dictates.
