If this sounds like you, check out Spectra Logic’s Product Manager Position. You will be responsible for maximizing business results for new and existing data protection solutions. Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, big picture vision, and drive to make that vision a reality. You have the ability to understand customer problems and enjoy positioning innovative solutions in the broader market. Internally, you will be the customer advocate to lead all areas of our company to increase the value we provide. Externally, you will be the product evangelist working directly with sales, channels, industry analysts and customers.

Job Responsibilities: Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. Determine customer requirements via market research and interaction with customers & sales. Drive product requirements across cross-functional teams including: engineering, manufacturing, marketing communications, sales, service and support. Develop partner relationships to strengthen customer value and competitive positioning. Drive marketing programs & collateral to keep products fresh with prospects and channels. Competitive analysis and positioning. Lead company-wide go-to-market plans. Define product structure, pricing and forecasts.

Requirements: 3+ years of product management experience and business results in the storage industry. Ability to make decisions and produce results in a dynamic environment. Strong leadership, teamwork & program management skills to produce results. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Customer orientation and passion. BS or equivalent in science or technical field. MBA strongly desired.. 25% travel required.

Work Site:
You will work at our headquarters location at 1700 N. 55th Street, Boulder, Colorado. Candidates local to the Denver-Boulder area only please.

Status:
Full Time, Direct Hire Exempt Position.

Compensation:
Salary to be set based on experience.
