2nd Level Support Technician
In this role you would be responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting for end-users at this facility. Also must have the ability to lift computers and associated hardware, and have own means of transportation.
This position is 40 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITES
• Respond to employees various requests or problems
• Provide Desk side support for end –users.
• Assemble Computer systems
• Troubleshoot, repair
• Set up new employee workstations
• Maintain printers, fax machines and related machines
• Perform necessary backups
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of IT experience to include:
• PC installation and support
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills
• Results-oriented self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A+ or MCP certification is a plus
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment also a plus
Candidates must be within a 30 mile radius and this is a W-2 position.
