Do you have IT infrastructure experience in a distribution facility or warehouse environment? We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Management Analyst to manage the day to day operational support and issue resolution of Fulfillment Systems for an international house-hold brand name organization. You will be called on to process system change requests, conduct implementations/ upgrades of the WMS, and manage related projects throughout the full lifecycle while communicating effectively to all stakeholders.

We seek someone with E commerce experience, supply-chain IT infrastructure in a warehouse environment, 1-2 years of Warehouse Management software, RF / WCS / host system integration of WMS and / or PkMS. SQL, and other database querying is a plus

Top notch customer service skills, project/ program management, basic MS office / backoffice technologies are also critical to success.
