Vice President of IT

Our client in Northern NJ, a leading manufacturer of fabrics, toys, games, etc. is in search of a Vice President of IT. This position reports directly to the COO.

 

Requirements:

-The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a similar industry and in a large volume transactional environment.

-Must have experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment

-Must be well-versed in SQL 2005 and Citrix

-Must have experience with EDI and with a wireless management system

-Candidate must be business savvy- able to attend business meetings, and make both budget and staff decisions

-A bachelors degree is preferred but not required

 

The candidate must be able to have a clear vision of the future of the business. He/She must be able to diagnose potential problems (Systems Issues) before they arise and know the best way to fix them. The candidate must be able to work hands on as well as manage others.
