Superior Uniform Group® is one of America’s oldest and most respected uniform and image apparel providers.  Our distinguished history began in 1920, and we have evolved into a manufacturer and marketer of a wide range of uniforms, image apparel and accessories.  We specialize in managing comprehensive apparel programs and are dedicated to servicing the Healthcare, Hospitality, Restaurant/Food Services, Retail Employee I.D., Governmental/Public Safety, Entertainment, Commercial/Industrial, Transportation, Cleanroom, Corporate Identity and Resortwear markets.  Our corporate headquarters are located in the heart of the Tampa Bay in Florida. 



 We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, high energy professional to manage and develop the sales function in the San Francisco market. Looking for a "HUNTER!" with a proven track record of being a Top Producer within their company or industry.

 This position is established to achieve sales targets by managing client contacts and developing relationships to attain sales quotas.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Duties:

* Evaluate new sales opportunities and execute appropriate business activity, structuring the appropriate uniform program in partnership with our Marketing Department. Develop an effective territory business plan, utilize effective selling techniques and marketing strategies. Provide innovative ways to create new opportunities.

* Achieve sales objectives by setting goals; presenting products to accounts.

* Perform an average of 4 presentations/ calls per day.

* Work within a consultative selling development process.

* Provides information to corporate management by recapping promotional activity; reporting business opportunities, results, trends, and competitive information.

* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

5-7 years direct territory sales experience

BS degree preferred



Must have a high level of integrity and trustworthiness

Strong motivation for sales, sales planning, meeting sales goals

Solid management proficiency

Excellent planning skills including financial planning and strategy

Good negotiation skills

Strong presentation skills

Results driven
