As one of our Store Managers/Assistant Store Managers, you’ll provide the leadership needed to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, sales generation, merchandising, operational and personnel functions. Creating a team atmosphere to maximize productivity, profitability and compliance with company procedures and training, motivating and evaluating staff will be your main objectives.

You will be expected to:
•Direct all functions related to in-store merchandise assortments
  •Support implementation of merchandise presentation
  •Plan and coordinate major floor moves/renovations
  •Evaluate expenses in relation to P & L plans
  •Deliver profit plans
  •Develop and lead shortage strategies
  •Ensure best floor coverage
  •Build productive, collaborative partnerships with internal colleagues

Requirements:
We seek energetic, proactive leaders with 3-5 years retail management experience, preferably in the apparel segment; an interest in fashion and merchandising and excellent oral/written communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
