Store Manager for League City, TX
Overview:  
A Parker School Uniform Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of running a profitable store.  They are responsible for setting the tone and leading the store’s culture/environment to ensure success in all aspects of customer service, profitable operations, personnel development, store operations and relationships with our current schools.  

Major Responsibilities Include:
•  Ensure the highest level of customer service throughout the store by effective staff planning, monitoring, training and timely communication of any changes
•  Attain sales and profitability goals for store, through effective budgeting, and inventory control
•  Ensure proper channels of communication exist between the store and corporate
•  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and appropriate manner
•  Recruit, train, motivate and develop employees to ensure effective performance and happy customers
•  Monitor store profitability and budgets
•  Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
•  Produce the part-time employee schedule every two weeks
•  Complete payroll every two weeks
•  Maintain standards of operation for total store including visual presentation, security, human resources and operations
•  Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Parker’s policies and procedures
•  Review paperwork pertaining to receiving, shipping and receiving in order to  ensure accuracy of store inventory
•  Ensure that all areas of the store are clean and orderly

•  Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
•  Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner with all employees
•  Ability to be attentive to others, understand material and provide instructions to all employees

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, 2 to 4 years of retail managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of both education and retail experience.  Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and email are required. Must be willing to work Saturdays and additional hours during the back to school season.
