Softlines Merchandising Lead
Sears is now hiring a Softlines Lead for our store in our Brookdale location. Qualified candidates will have experience successfully leading teams in a retail or related environment. This position is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing proactive support for customers and associates, executing merchandise and presentation standards, facilitating the efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor and assisting the Softlines Assistant Store Coach with scheduling, coaching, training, supervising and selecting associates.
