Showroom/Reception Coordinator

 Showroom/Reception Coordinator

 

In this position, you will provide critical administrative support to the showroom, which includes processing payments, assisting with inventories and serving as a contact for merchandise and service issues.  Responsibilities also include greeting clients, answering and directing incoming calls, opening and distributing mail, opening accounts and assisting showroom staff with special events and projects. 

 

Qualifications include 2 years of customer service experience.  Must have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as strong computer skills.  Microsoft Word and Excel experience highly desired.
