As Sales Associates, you will assist the management team in overseeing the operation of a multi-million dollar store. Sales Associates are truly sales specialists who take pride in their ability to connect with clients, develop long-term relationships, and use their love of fashion and excitement for our amazing Italian fashions to do more than sell clothing and actually build wardrobes. 

Key responsibilities
•  Acknowledge and greet every customer who enters the store
•  Get to know clients and client needs by asking open-ended questions and listening
•  Be accountable for demonstrating products by showing how they can be coordinated, giving alternatives and additional ideas, and introducing accessories
•  Create and develop a client base and follow up accordingly
•  Assist with all aspects of store operations as assigned (cashiering, store cleaning, etc.)
•  Coordinate breaks/lunches to ensure proper sales floor coverage in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager
•  Ensure proper opening/closing procedures are followed and cash registers balance appropriately.
•  Motivate and drive sales

Requirements:
•  Dynamic, energetic, and hungry for success
•  Demonstrated sales experience in a retail environment
•  World-class customer service skills
•  A willingness to gain in-depth product knowledge
•  Driven, motivation, and a willingness to take initiative
