**Sales Administrative Assistant opening for Fashion Company

Immediate need to work for top Fashion Company in Northern NJ.  You will be supporting SVP Sales, Director of Sales Administration, 4 Regional VPs, and and field reps

-  Prepare daily, monthly sales reports using Stratum software and Excel

-  Input data/create new Excel reports, as needed

-  Compile data and create statistical reports

-  Create handouts for sales force using Access

-  Prepare new account mailouts

-  Process co-op claims

-  Process expense reports

-  Process department accounts payable

-  Process incentive programs for various accounts

-  Extensive travel arrangements

-  Assist in preparing for 2 annual sales meetings

-  Answer and screen phone calls for SVP Sales and Director of Sales Administration

-  Maintain updated records of sales force addresses and telephone numbers

-  File correspondence and maintain file system and other records

-  General clerical duties:  copying, faxing, routine correspondence, conference calls
