Home Textiles Manufacturer Seeking Quality Assurance Manager

Resonsibility

Responsible for all quality control functions to ensure consistancy in quality. Preparing & effective implementation of quality control action plans to reduce rejections. Defining process & quality standards of raw materials, in process & finished goods. Handling testing, factory inspection, in line production inspections, lab dips, pre production samples, top of line production samples, construction, labeling, packaging, care and law label requirements, weights, boxing, etc.  establishing procedures for vendors / suppliers auditing & evaluation.

Communicate with overseas factories on a daily basis to achieve a quality finished product within the timeline allocated.  Inspect incoming goods to our facility, as well as extensive international travel, primarily to China as needed to assure compliance.

Eligibility

The candidate must have extensive experience in home textiles construction. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in this field. Must be a self starter and team leader.  Must posses excellent technical and analytical skill.  Good communication and organizational skill. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook a minimum.

Benefits
