Product lines include surgical items, alarms, scrubwear, patient wear, terry towels, bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, spread, mattresses).Required Skills1. Degree in textiles, textile chemistry, engineering or similar field required. 2. Background/education background in textiles including manufacturing, weaving, dyeing, and construction. 3. Detail oriented4. Highly organized5. Strong analytical skills6. Self-starter, motivated7. Ability to work unsupervised8. Strong communications and interpersonal relations skills9. Highly computer literate 10. Willing to travel world wide (up to 50%)11. Able to manage multiple projects.Required ExperiencePosition requires 5+ years of Managerial and Textile QA experience--1. Develop and revise product specifications for all Medline named products. 2. Develop, qualify, and implement testing requirements, procedures, and methods for testing, inspecting or qualifying products/new products. 3. Train domestic and foreign inspectors in applicable test methods. 4. Investigate, isolate, and recommend solutions for issues relating to the quality of products. 5. Auditing domestic and foreign suppliers for conformance to all applicable requirements. 6. Assist vendors, manufacturing partners, and product managers in developing and implementing QA programs. 7. Review quality concerns as it relates to customers and/or sales representative feedback. 8. Work on projects as they arise. 9. Quarterly Management review reports to Division President10. Infomed Complaint Handling system maintenance. 11. Oversee QSR for contractors and audit where needed. 12. Assist in 510(k) preparation for any Medcrest items. 13. Customer presentations14. Sales Rep presentations and training15.
