Programmer Analyst / Software Developer - .NET
Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a Programmer Analyst/Software Developer to join their team! Their unique software development strategy starts at their legacy systems and expands throughout our virtualized business servers. The person in this position will develop new applications and enhance key business software applications. You will be part of the business strategic move to .NET as a development standard. This is a great career opportunity for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic, enjoys challenges and is looking to be in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements: · Develop key business software applications. · Work directly with business units to define user interfaces and create functional specifications· Analysis leading to system design, software development, testing, implementation, and flowcharting. · Software unit testing, user review, user acceptance, and post implementation support. · Software development focus areas include ecommerce, manufacturing, distribution, planning, POS (Point of Sale), finance, and web browser based web portals. Experience and Skills: · Bachelor degree in technology related field. · Advanced computer skills with the ability to adapt to and use new technology. · Ability to work with limited supervision and make decisions with limited direction from management. · Ability to focus on multiple developmental tasks. · Detail oriented, highly organized & highly motivated. · Related skills include Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Com Objects, SQL, Visual Basic, ASP, .NET, C, C#, Html, Universe. **This is a permanent position.
