Operations Supervisor

Looking for an operations supervisor that can work in a fast-paced apparel fulfillment center supervising the daily activities of hourly union associates. Will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed timely and accurately. Other duties include: resolving daily issues, production flow, management of daily staff, budget management, reducing cost, improving customer experience and communicating with HR, IT and other sites as needed. The ideal candidate will have a BS in supply chain management, logistics, operations management or three years of related experience. Must have strong communication and PC skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. This position will last thru the end of 2008. Pay range is $14.00 - $17.00 based on experience.
