Financial Analyst

Our client is a publicly traded large company in the consumer goods/ manufacturing industry seeking a strong financial analyst who can work in a team and take them to the next level.

 

Responsibility Includes:

 

Develop financial models to analyze sales and financial data.

Assist in monthly forecast and annual budget process including profit and loss statements and gross margin analysis.

Create and distribute various financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Assist with the review of monthly financial statements and analyze variance to budget/forecast.

Prepare financial reports, analyses and recommendations.

Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, research, analyze and summarize financial data.

Support special and ad hoc projects as needed.

 

Skills and background:

BS degree in Accounting or Finance

5 years plus experience in financial planning and analysis

Manufacturing experience a "MUST"

Financial modeling experience a must

Excellent communications and written skills

Ability to work in a fast past/ fun/ jeans/ causal environment

Work hard play hard environment

 

Software:

SAP and Hyperion experience

 

Salary: 70-75K Direct Hire
