Customer Service Representative

 

Standard Textile Co. Inc. is recognized as the global leader in the manufacturing of healthcare, hospitality, & institutional textiles, apparel, surgical, incontinence care, decorative products & linen management services.  We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to be based in Cincinnati, OH. 


 

This position will support both our external customers as well as our sales force. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and be a high energy, results oriented team player.



Prefer experience in shipping, price verification, expediting of orders and proof of deliveries. Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in the manufacturing industry.  Must have knowledge of Excel and Word and be very detail oriented. AS400 is a plus.
