CORPORATE ACCOUNT SERVICE COORDINATOR
Position: Corporate Account Service AdministratorDepartment: Corporate Accounts Responsibilities: · Responsible for Corporate Accounts in a geographical area· Make on sight visits to Corporate Accounts to conduct customer surveys· Must be able to travel seven days per month· Work with Alsco branches to resolve service issues· Complete Service Agreement Renewals· Calculate annual price increases· Help resolve Account Receivable concern· Conduct telemarketing surveys· Do account research · Up sell and Cross sell in existing accounts· Participate in marketing campaigns· Must be able to qualify for a credit card to be used for expenses that will be reimbursed by the company· Must have a valid drivers license, a good driving record, and be of age to rent an automobile Required Skills:· Excellent communication skills · Background in marketing · Experience in problem resolution · Sales experience · Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint· Ability to do basic mathematical calculations Reports to: Corporate Account Manager Physical Requirements: This position requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Some stooping or reaching may be required. The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Must be able to operate an automobile Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30- 4:30. Some trips may require a Sunday departure Required Meetings: EOW Staff Meeting, any other meeting that may require attendance Educational Requirements: BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications Alsco is a drug free company. All prospective employees must submit to and pass a drug screen that will be provided prior to employment. Salary: The annual salary for the Service Administrator position is $38,000 to $40,000 for the first year plus a bonus. The bonus is determined by annual year over year growth of National Accounts. After year one there will be an annual performance appraisal with the opportunity for an increase in pay.
