CONTROLLER

Duro Textiles LLC with a tradition going back to 1947, is one of the country’s largest dyers, printers, finishers and distributors of fabric and textile products. We have an immediate need for a Controller.  This position will report to the V.P. of Finance.



· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

· Minimum 8 years experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Finance

· Affiliations with successful manufacturing companies

· Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Controller with responsibility for accounts, budgeting, cost accounting, credit and collections, and finance.  Preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment

· Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems

· Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate personnel in order to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth

· Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills

· Some travel may be necessary

 

Salary commensurate with experience; we will relocate.
