ASSISTANT MANAGER: WHITE PLAINS, NY
The Assistant Manager will understand all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, as well as:

â€¢ Ability to recruit others and provide positive or constructive feedback to associates
â€¢ Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that client remains the top priority
â€¢ Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
â€¢ Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement within 7 For All Mankind
â€¢ Demonstration of strong verbal communication skills to Store Associates, Store Manager, and ability to understand and use 7 For All Mankindâ€™s tools to drive volume; understand trends in the business

Ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years of retail or comparable experience, or previous experience as Manager in Training.
