Administrative/Team Assistant Needed at High End Retail/Fashion Label!
Top NYC high end retail/fashion label is looking for top level Administrative Assistants to join their fun, busy and hard working team! You will be handling all administrative tasks to help support top executives, including phone coverage, heavy calendar scheduling for meetings and events, processing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements for the team, manage calendars including meetings and events, prepare T&E reports, participate in special projects, submit requests for new hires and office moves. Great team and work environment, must be an excellent multi-tasker, willing to go the extra mile and be able to start working immediately. These positions are long-term temporary and temp-perm. Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience with Outlook a must
