ACCOUNT SALES CONSULTANT

Account Sales Consultant Description: Mission The ASC reports directly to the General Manager (GM). The mission of the ASC is to grow the business with existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling (all lines of service) to existing accounts assigned by the GM. The ASC has the additional responsibility to build customer loyalty and report service complaints to the Service Supervisor.Qualifications To be considered for the position you must meet the minimum qualifications outlined below.A minimum of 5 years professional experience. A college degree or equivalent experience or a combination. Excellent verbal, telephone and written skills. Computer skills in MS Word and Excel or equivalent programs. Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment, drug screen, driving and background check.Compensation A base salary of $26,000 to $30,000 per year plus commission. 401K and Insurance benefits upon meeting qualification guidelines. Paid vacation after one-year of employment.Expectations Achievement of assigned sales goals Weekly Sales Goal of $85 for Account Sales Consultants with more than 6 months of experience. Weekly Sales Goal of $45 for Account Sales Consultants with less than 6 months of experience. The target mix of items contracted is: All Fresh - 60% Dust - 20% All Other - 20% Communication of complaints to the Service Department Follow-up management of the assigned accounts Reporting: Routine and special reporting as directed by the GM Daily call summaries Service agreement renewals Customer complaints Meetings & Seminars Training seminars, initial sales training Participate in established conference calls with Corporate Monitor Attend and work trade shows as assigned by the GM.Please e-mail your application package to the contact listed below.
