Turnaround (TAR) Superintendent

Description:The Turnaround Superintendent position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to an extended team comprised of some BP folks and extensive contractor personnel that oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of turnarounds within the Texas City Refinery.Qualifications:- Ten (10) years minimum experience in petrochemical (refinery) industry or manufacturing environment - High School diploma or GED- Strong, demonstrated and effective leadership skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as well as strong facilitation, influencing and negotiating capabilities. - Ability to develop others and foster relationships throughout the organization.- Must be able to understand business issues and direct favorable outcomesSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Texas City, TXJob Number: RUSABP3231-612540Company Profile:Our business is the exploration, production, refining, trading and distribution of energy.
