Technician Call (440) 777-3990Description: Volt is recruiting a technician for a local company in Medina to perform chemical, biological, physical, and/or mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products. Assists with compiling, analyzing and interpreting results. Ability to work well on a self-directed team. Requires good mechanical aptitude and skills, being safety and quality conscious, as well as experience and specific training in inspection procedures and/or the product line. Requires 2+ years of college course work or equivalent with experience in the lab or technical environment. Must be computer literate with good communication and time management skills. Requirements: Looking for a college student to work at the plant on a part-timebasis. Candidates must be working towards degree in - Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science - and have completed at least two years of course work for the degree.
