MECS, Inc, is a world renowned engineering company that specializes in engineering and proprietary technology. We are currently seeking a Technical Service Engineer for a position within our Catalyst Business Group. This position holds potential for excellent growth opportunities and is based in St. Louis, MO.
This position requires a degreed Chemical or Mechanical Engineer with 0 - 2 years of laboratory/field service experience. This individual will perform assignments which require the application of chemical and engineering skills in field of technical service work utilizing highly sophisticated gas analysis methods for the sulfuric acid industry. Assignments include design, construction, operation, and maintenance of field service analytical equipment and extensive field service technical work. Responsibilities include coordination of the technical service program with respect to equipment maintenance, operation, ship, test scheduling with client and data generation and documentation. Significant domestic and international travel is required (up to 40%). Strong computer, analytical, mechanical and interpersonal skills are required.
