Responsibilities:

 

Management of laboratory including quality control, product development, and product line maintenance in a hands-on production environment.  Other duties include technical service, regulatory affairs and coordination with the production and marketing departments.  This position reports directly to the President.

 

Education Requirements and Special Training:

 

Minimum Masters Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.  PhD preferred.

 

Minimum ten (10) years experience in product development of I & I cleaning products with emphasis on floor care.  Knowledge of food processing cleaners an asset.

 

Must possess excellent computer skills and good math aptitude plus a strong desire to work long-term in a production environment.  Superior written and oral communication skills.
