The responsibilities of a Superintendent - Electrical include, but are not limited to:- Manage the base crew craft and additional outage craft - Manage staff resources*** This position is a potential opening and is contingent upon project award. ***QualificationsThe preferred candidate should have:- 15+ years union construction experience with heavy experience working in a closed shop environment- Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation supervisory experience required in electrical distribution equipment, cable installation and terminations, testing, temporary power distribution, and general electrical and instrumentation construction and maintenance- Must have ability to supervise a diverse work force of different craft disciplinesFluor values the contributions of a diverse and inclusive workforce and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
