Sr. Product Development Engineer - Indianapolis

What you need to have:

5-8 yrs. Experience working with blown and extruded films for packaging.Strong experience with polyethylene film constructions desiredProven experience managing a product and relating to customer needs.Degree in either Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science.Proven ability to identify design control and & commercial sampling/test requirements.

You will assist process development, operations and technical groups in developing and implementing process and product improvements.  Troubleshoot production/quality issues.

 

Provide technical support to field service engineering, sales marketing and customers as needed in troubleshooting existing products and enhancing development of new products.

 

You will be assigned Customers or Markets and have multiple projects. Some travel may be required, and some unusual hours to support equipment startups and development.



Relocation will be provided

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 plus annual bonus to 15%
