Sr. Process Engineer

Provide technical assistance and identify opportunities to improve operations and resolve operating difficulties.  Monitor daily operations and processes; ensure compliance with production specifications and regulations.  Recommend/assist in implementation of changes to improve unit performance, reliability and safety while controlling budgeted expenses.  Ability to develop/present multiple alternatives to an individual problem or situation.  Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Must be competent  in defining of project basics and general scope as well as basic process engineering design. Job Requirements: BS in Chemical Engineering with 5 - 8 years polyolefin manufacturing plant experience.  Technically strong with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and those outside the plant.  Self starter who works well in cross functional teams.  Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.Click here to apply for this job http://sunoco.ats.hrsmart.com/cgi-bin/pm/click.cgi?job_id=4274&site_id=123
