The Specialist HRIS and Compensation will assist with the on-going administration of base salary programs and HR Information System reporting and maintenance. Duties and Responsibilities : Runs weekly interfaces from the HR Information System (ADP Enterprise) to benefit vendors. Runs reports from the HRIS (ADP Enterprise). Prepares headcount reports and HR organization charts monthly. Prepares bonus accrual reports. Responds to inquiries from internal and external auditors. Maintains, audits, and inputs data into the HRIS. Participates in salary surveys and analyzes the results. Administers the annual salary planning, short-term and long-term incentive programs. Candidate Qualifications: Education & Experience: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and a minimum two years of HRIS and/or compensation experience. A strong interest in a career in HR is preferred, as growth/movement to other areas of HR is possible. Must have excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
