The responsibilities of a Senior Manager, O & M Operations include, but are not limited to:- Provide supervision support for maintenance and new construction personnel during forced and planned outages -Responsible for planning, estimating, scheduling, safety /vendor orientations, and procurement*** This position is a potential opening and is contingent upon project award. ***QualificationsThe preferred candidate should have:- 8 - 15 years of experience with progressive and varied experience in construction, technical, and engineering activities- Bachelor's degree preferred or must have experience in working with coal and / or gas boilers in a power plant environment- Experience in developing project execution plans including estimating cost- Must have strong background in fossil power maintenance- Strong leadership skills particularly in a closed shop environment- Strong safety culture- Ability to develop client relationships- Must have good communication skillsFluor values the contributions of a diverse and inclusive workforce and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
