Senior Account Manager - Oil Field Chemicals - Rotation - USA & Kazakhstan
Nalco Energy Services Senior Account Managers support and develop Oil Field Chemical business opportunities to sell new accounts, maintain existing accounts and complete the project management and startup phase of business as required. This position will be a primary contact for service and support for major customers. This position will be located in Kazakhstan working a 28 day rotational schedule however the Senior Account Manager may reside in another country. Additional Responsibilites: Interfacing with all customer levels in both process and water related disciplines Use of CSP and 6SS to create, capture and communicate customer value 50% travel international travel to Kazakhstan Kazakhstan residents will require 5%-10% international travel. The minimum qualifications the candidate will have include: Bachelor's of Engineering or Chemistry Degree or a degree in a related science field is requiredSeven (7) or more years in Oilfield Chemicals and/or Downstream experience.Fluent in English Strong computer skills in MS Office environment, particularly Excel. The desired candidate will have professional experience to include:Professional assets sought are excellent sales, service and leadership orientation. Strong team player with excellent communications skills Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering Degree is a plus Twelve (12) years experience in Oil Field Chemical sales preferred Technical Manager experience of a large account Fluent in Russian and/or Italian are a plus Nalco is the leading provider of integrated water treatment and process improvement services, chemicals and equipment programs for industrial and institutional applications.
