Our client is seeking a top performing salesperson with documented success to join their dynamic organization. Your prior expertise in outside sales and ability to handle a large and varied product line can make an immediate impact for this leading manufacturer of packaging products.   As Midwest Sales Rep you must be able to network for business, build relationships, inspire clients, and close business by offering customers the products needed for their success.  If you have a high energy level and enjoy new challenges and working for the best selling products you believe in………. than this is for you. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Responsible for business to business sales by renewing contracts with current clients, cross-selling products, and networking for new business and lead generation.

· Ability to set goals and execute plans to drive business and achieve revenues.

· Close sales by obtaining signed documents for new business and renewals.

· Collaborate with business partners internally & externally related to Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Control & Customer Service to provide solution for clients.

· Demonstrate leadership, influence, learning agility, teaming, business acumen, and superior communications knowledge.

 

Reguirements:

 

· BA/BS or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years related sales experience.

· Proven success relevant to B to B sales with strong negotiation and closing skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Willingness to work strategically and creatively to achieve goals.

· Proficient with PC/ internet technologies.
