Sales Consultant/Independent Contractor
Lubrication Engineers®, Inc., (est. 1951) is seeking qualified Sales Consultant/Independent Contractor to establish, develop and service customers in the Industrial, Agriculture, Fleet, and Commercial sectors through direct sales.
Lubrication Engineers is the recognized leader in the manufacture and sale of high quality lubricants and is known as The Lubrication Reliability Sourceâ„¢ for the customers lubrication requirements.
Our Sales Consultants are highly compensated both personally and financially. We have a compensation plan that rewards our consultants that perform at the top level by selecting 100% commission structure with added incentives and bonuses. We believe that a straight commission structure rewards you for your work, and your work alone. Hard work is translated into high pay. We realize that this form of compensation is not for everyone.
Candidate will preferably have industrial or outside sales experience. However, many of our Consultants have come from the teaching field, management, maintenance, and other areas. This is not a technical sales position, but an understanding of equipment is a definite advantage. An entrepreneurial spirit and the capability of self-motivation are very important. You will be working out of your home office. It is required that you have an office telephone, computer, and answering machine, cell phone and reliable transportation. You must be physically capable of walking through plants, mines, and construction sites.
